Orienteering. Guy travelled to Kidderminster, Worcestershire to take part in his first orienteering race on Sunday 6th July. A tough forest course and some heavy weather made it even more of a challenge to follow the route.  A great day out though and some good map reading techniques learnt.

Dorset Coastal Run. Guy started early on Saturday 12th at Charmouth, Dorset for a coastal relay run starting in Lyme Regis and finishing some 8 hours later on shell beach by the ferry over to Sandbanks, Bournemouth.  A big thanks to Phil and Adele from team Kerno for letting him participate in this years event
